The Firm has gained skills in the management of business crises in terms of managing employment
relationships. Over the years, in particular, the Firm has promoted solutions capable of achieving
decisive company flexibility in the face of staff redundancy situations,
including solutions that involved the use of Smart Working, Crow Work, BlockChain, Welfare 4.0.
The new Corporate Crisis Code, in force since August 2020, moves in this perspective, also with
important changes to art. 47 of Law 428/1990 post which expands the powers of the parties (Company
and Syndicate) for the purposes of the derogations relating to the perimeter of employment in the
transfer of companies in crisis.
